I ordered a life like shark, it arrived and was not anything like the video posted on Facebook. It wasn't worth a dollar from the dollar store toy. I contacted the company through paypal and they offered me a $13 refund for my $45.98 purchase. This company is a scam, the reviews now on facebook all say how they were ripped off by them. Now it is difficult to even find them on the internet. Buyers beware.

I purchased Realistic Teddy Dog Lucky - Dark brown on Facebook for my great-grandson. It looked absolutely adorable. The reviews on the promotion were positive even to the point of expressing fast delivery, ordering more, description of satisfaction to make one feel secure to buy. By enteringGot Xpress SDN.BHD. the reviews were complaints about being scammed with no luck finding a way to contact them. I paid by PayPal because I thought that was very safe and never had a problem. I have tried to get an address, phone number, web site, customer service with nothing but running around in circles. They also could get no solid information. On PayPay they request you contact the seller first which I cannot do. Many comments expressed disappointment that PayPal continues to deal with them.

It's A big rip off, i bought one for my grandson;I thought I was getting everything like the pic showed.I didn't get nothing but some junk for 3 olds ,,,Cannt believe expressed com is running that scam.. I what my money back ,I don't have many more words ,you sent me the wrong one,i would love to have the one i bought my grandson,so i hade go to the hoodie shop;and pay more money. so thank you very muchfor wasting my money and my time,

This was one of many of my last communications via chat with PayPal..who guaranteed me I would be covered, but my case was closed because I would not pay $166.44 to UPS to ship the package back to Malaysia and my refund from the seller would have only been $49.98!

..The response gave me no new information and stated what I already know! This has been going on for over a month and I’m angry and have grown tired of the situation! It’s clear in their responses, that (they) have no plans on refunding me and I’ve made it clear what I was wanted but even you guys were asking me questions that I personally answered on the phone and through email which has also pushed this date back! I get they have time to respond but where is it okay to take money for a product that you know you don’t have and then instead of informing the customer..they send whatever they have in their warehouse even though it’s not what you ordered! Now I’m literally fighting them to get my money back for a purchase they shouldn’t have allowed to clear if they didn’t have what I ordered! The URL from the original purchase no longer works and I wonder why? Pretty much the seller told me and I have the emails to prove it, that they knew it was wrong but they didn’t care and sent me what they thought I should have for the money I sent and that’s what made me upset and angry because why should I be punished because they took my money! I told PayPal I thought it was fraudulent transaction and this was a bad business practice if they as a company are gonna send what they want and not what’s ordered!

I saw a add while I was playing a game and I clicked on it. It was sapost to be an indestructible RC Remote control airplane. So ordered it and it took a longtime to get it to. When I opened the envelope i was thinking what the hell it this. Clearly was not what it was sapost to be. I pull out this bent peace of foam and it hit me. Is this what I ordered? Not even close. There is no rc control about it. And if i was to step on it like the video showed this thing would never be called an aircraft again. Stop scammen people I just what what I orded.

Rip off scam. They show you one thing and send you something you never seen before.
I'm not certain who is lineing there pocket but they are doing very well and laughing at us all the way to the bank. Congratulations you [censored] your the reason no one can be trusted with anything these days. Smile you peace of [censored] I hope you die a painful slow death so live it up every dollar you spend of are money is going to hopefully put you in prison and become someone's [censored] of the rest of your life.

I seen the ad on facebook. It was for an indestructible, waterproof RC aircraft, hot deal of the summer $19.99.

I immediately placed an order, what i got was a Styrofoam cut out.

Yeah I got the same thing freaken pissed me off dude. It took forever to get the damn thing to. I opened it up and I'm thinken what the hell? This is not what I ordered there is no rc about it and is totally destructible. What a rip off. Total scam. Styrofoam cut out and it's bent? I want the RC plain that I ordered not this 3 year old and up peace of crap fly for 15 seconds if your lucky $10.00 at best toy.
