I also ordered 3 pairs of the cargo joggers from the ad on tiktok in December. After about a month I was trying to figure out where my package was, the site was closed down. My order # and everything was gone also, all I have is the receipt from me sending them the money through cash app. So I can't figure how to get my money back.

Tiktok showed an ad for this brand that was having a sale, i made the online purchase. The business contacted me soon after saying theres a delay. Weeks pass with no further update and I request my order is canceled. They respond saying a full refund was sent and will be in my account within 5-20 business days. It has been beyond that time frame and I have yet to see a refund. Their website is no longer active. I have tried to reach out again asking for my refund, if i dont get a response ill notify my bank.
