Contact via upwork stating the company was looking for a recruiter. The interview was set up was coordinated by a Shantel Anderson and Bob Boyd conducted the interview. Nothing said during the interview made sense and after looking into further sounds like this is a big scam they are continuing to try and pull off. Their business makes no sense at all and they can't explain it well either.

******* ******** aka ******* ******* from The Earn App posted a job position for a Senior Recruiter role on LinkedIn, Emailed me the next day for an interview, offered me the job a day later, sent me an email requesting a copy of my ID & Social Security Card/Birth certificate to run a background check and two months later i have yet to start, can’t find any info about the company online, and my personal information has been compromised.
