I ordered mesh shoes Size 7 1/2 from PHAZISHOP ad on Facebook. Cost $41.98 using my Discover card. My card showed cost of $71.78 paid through PayPal. My PayPal had not been used since 2014 since it had been frozen. The shoes are cheaply made and show a 38 inside. They are too small and cannot be used. X Shipping refuses to process a return unless the shoes were damaged or defective. 38 obviously does not equate to 7 1/2. They did offer to credit me for their overcharge of $29.80 after I initiated a dispute with PayPal. Communication has been through [email protected].

I ordered a pair of shoes. I paid $30. They were cheap plastic and the wrong size. No paperwork at all. I emailed and called many times for a return address label. No response. They had my credit card number so I cancelled my card. I am out $30 but I saw online, too late, that people think it is a scam. I get an email every day and they will not stop! Thank you.

I placed an order for some shoes on march 22,2023 I emailed the in April because it was over 20 days and I hadn't recieved anything. I told them I had been checking the shipping tracker. 2 days later it showed delivered but I never received them. I have emailed this company 4 times now and they will not respond I even paid the shipping insurance. I asked for either my money back or to reship the items and they still won't respond.
