I got an email to my work computer from the "BBB" saying there was a complaint from a consumer. Case #124601 from a name with the initials GC. The date of this scam is 03/12/2024 and the email says I have until August 13th, 2021, to respond. This may be a training thing as this is on a company email and computer to be fair. However, there is a link that says, "click here" and once you hover overnight it says something about share cloud. It also says I could respond in writing but doesn't give a mailing address..
