I ordered a pair of Judy Blue "Overstock" jeans and received a tracking number. The package was trackable over a period of 3 weeks but then when it reached my city, it was never delivered. I emailed customer service many times and just got a return email letting me know it was on the way. They even offered a refund, which I never received. The email sounded like it was from a bot. When I went to trace my order back, the link said: "Page not found". I work very hard and even though it's not a large sum of money, I still have bills to pay and food to provide for my family. This makes me question shopping online ever again.

I sent several emails regarding my order. They claimed to deliver the package on Jan 29, I was home and it most definitely was not delivered at all! I emailed them immediately and have received zero responses and now the invoice is missing.
