- Cleveland, OH, USA

I keep receiving calls on my home phone. Many different company names and numbers appear in my caller ID. Some of the names are Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Toledo University. I usually don't answer. I did answer a call from Cleveland Clinic. When I answered there was a pause and a beep. Caller said it was Senior Benefits. I hung up. It was not the Cleveland Clinic. They keep calling after being told to stop. They call all day. I answered a call from a bakery which is right up the street. Company name is Nothing Bundt Cakes appeared in my caller ID. It was difficult to understand the caller. Caller said he was from Senior Benefits. He was not with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I hung up after I said to stop calling. I receive the calls from many different phone numbers. I am unable to provide any of the numbers at this time.

They call claiming to be with Medicare. They continue to call me even after I've told them multiple times to stop calling AND put me on their do not call list. They also call me and hang up. They call up to ten times per day every single day of the week! Who can stop this?!

This company has called me over a hundred times and says they “hopefully” will be able to remove me from their list every time. This people are HORRIBLE. I have requested MANY times to be removed from their call list.

I am on the DNC register. I've been receiving these calls since summer, at least 3 per day, average is around 8 calls. Some have a person on the other end, most get declined by me. When I do answer, I ask them (repeatedly) to take me off their call list (completely ignored). As soon as I say that, the call drops, go figure !!! I'm so sick of these calls, I have done everything I know of to prevent these type of calls. I block them but, that only slows them down for a day. Then, they call from other numbers. I feel the only way to stop them is to sue the pants off them so, they can't even afford to pay people in other countries ! I'll make that call today. I was told I was receiving these calls because I am on medicare (I'm not), one caller offered extra medicare benefits, another said burial benefits for seniors. Both said Senior Benefits, I'm not sure if any of them were or said "American" Senior Benefits. SCAM !!

Every day I receive ten to fifteen calls on my home phone regarding Medicare benefits. This has been going on for a long time. No cost to me. Offer additional items for free. Company name is Senior Benefits. I have been answering the calls. When I answer I hear a click and a voice comes on. It sounds suspicious. It could be a premade list. I hang up before they ask for personal information. I don't trust a lot of people. They have different phone numbers. One number in my caller ID was 440-222-8981. I have not been writing the numbers down.

These people have called me multiple times both on my cell phone and at my home number. I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their calling list and they state they will do that but then the next day I get another call from a different person stating the same company name. I asked for a supervisor today, and attempted to ask him to do the same and all he wanted to do was give me the sales pitch. I asked him to remove my number and he said "I'll do everything in my power to remove your number from our data base." Honesty I have my doubts. My next response will be to contact the phone company and report the phone number(s)..they are multiple...but all from Russellville. This is taking up valuable time in my day. I work and do not need SENIOR BENEFITS!!!

I get 10 calls a day from senior benefits I ask them to take me off their list they hang up on me and keep calling. I am tired of this . Please do something about this or I will go to the Sheriff's office and get them for harassment.

I originally signed up for "senior benefits" on Facebook. They advertised that they are in partnership with Medicare and that this is a new benefit for free services from Medicare. I only gave them my name, address, and phone number. They called several days later and took the same information as the ad on FB. They said I would be able to get free insulin. This is after I answered many health questions and questions about my familiy and their health. Then they wanted to have my Medicare card number. I refused to give them that and they said it was okay because they could get it from Medicare. Then they told me they would be sending me a DNA test kit that would reveal any heart problems I may experience in the future. I had to talk to a "doctor" and he told me how to do the test. Then the call was over. I began to get suspicious so I googled it and discovered it was probably a scam. I was so glad I did not give them my number. Today I received the test kit. I will just hold on to it for awhile. I also received several phone calls from a woman from the "company" that sent out the test kit. I kept hanging up on her and she just kept calling. I unplugged the phone. I assume they need my Medicare number to actually bill Medicare for this test kit. I will not send it back to them and I will never sign up for anything like that again.

Scammer asked for date of birth, social security number, bank information. Consumer did not give the information. Scammer threatened that consumer's medicare would be canceled if consumer did not comply.

They call to talk about Senior Benefits and are refusing to take my phone number off the list. I have blocked one number already and now they are using another number.

I never give them the opportunity to describe their products, but it is usually an Indian/Hindi individual claiming to be from Senior Services. Have at least one call per day, sometimes different caller, but also different numbers. When calling # on caller ID, many times it is an individuals home phone that has no idea that their # is being used. Very tired of these calls !!!

They were offering an agent to call me back for Senior benefits. I asked what the age was for this, he said 65-85. I'm 38 years old, I told him that I was not a senior and to take me off the list. He got really mad, called me a liar, *** *** and said that he had all my information in front of him. FALSE then he hung up on me.

Person immediately asked if I could hear him, and instinctively I said "Yes". However, this was a robocall, and definitely a scam. So, I will be watching everything very closely now.

uses spoofed phone numbers from my local area that do not belong to this "company" including (all area code 906) 249-1592, 249-1053, 875-9951 to try and solicit personal information

I received multiple phone calls of 3 different numbers claiming that they were with a senior benefit program. Then they started to ask what was my phone number and if i had snapchat. Obviously i declined them and told them to stop calling me but they kept on going on. The weird thing about it they knew what was my name. Then they kept telling me to add them on snapchat and to be friends. I asked them why and they said it was for the program.

Repeated calls in morning, afternoon and evening since mid-March 2017. Recorded voice saying "Hi, this is Nicole from Senior Benefits. How are you today?" Nothing more even if line stays open. This voice and the name are suspiciously like the calls I used to get about carpet cleaning. Never leave message. Answered because number is local call, have since screamed not to call me and then hung up so many times. Have not answered for days. Landline. I am sure this is a scam and maybe trying to get me to say something that will be recorded. Checked out number online and this is happening to a lot in the Bay Area right now (March 28).
