United Advocacy Counseling Group will have a lot of your information which can be found online to a certain degree and will use legal language and specifics about your accounts and offer assistance and provide a website, various other people from managers, representatives, accounts payable personnel for their makeshift scam company and also provide a packet of information and necessary information to move forward to the next step. They require only a Zelle form of payment or via pay pal. All seems on the surface logical and we went through months of paperwork but in the end nothing went through. Months later when you email, call or fax all forms of communication has been lost and you have been scammed.

"United Advocacy Counseling" is a scamming outfit targeting people with home loans that they say can be re-structured under their program using the HOME-cares act as a disguise. They targeted me for two spaced-out payments of processing fees, one of which I paid in the amount of $985 and one more that I'm obviously not paying in the amount of $990 totaling $1975. They sound legit and professional. They told me i could re-structure my home loan and drop my monthly mortgage payments by approximately $600, along with a lower interest rate for the first 5 years and only going up a half percent for the remainder of my loan term. I have further researched this company only to find out that they are completely fraudulent and evil scammers. Beware of this "United Advocacy Counseling"!!!
