I worked for them as a subcontractor. They never paid me for my services. They kept telling me my check was in the mail.

I was offered an Order Coordinator position with Sembell and worked for them for 30 days and was promised a pay of $3300, plus $100 for gas and mileage and $15 bonus per package that is processed after hours and a reimbursement of any expenses that occurred for shipping materials and printing supplies, which is now, the total owed to me as of March 10th, 2023 is $3,691.14. Payment was supposed to arrive 10 days after my 30 day probation period, which would've been March 24th, 2023, it is now April 5th, 2023 and I have still not been paid from this company. I am not receiving any responses to my emails and all I'm getting is busy signals when I dial their phone numbers.

I got an email from Fred Martin Stating that I was chosen for an interview and would not take more than 20 minutes and would be Pacific Time because they were located in California. Did the interview they asked why did i think it was a good position for me and what I wanted out of the job. They contacted me 3 days later and said I got the job. I was stoked went out got printer paper ink job description was Order Coordinator. Submitted a 1099 since it was a contract job for 30 days and my first day started the day, I got a package. First package was a sweater then sent that out and got 2 more packages the following week of some speakers. I looked them up and they were pretty price, so I thought it was a good and real job. After I got some more packages and didn't think much of it. After comes the 30-day probational period and my "Curator: Violet Lehner" Was unavailable for any questions called and nothing used the website basis-crm.com where I was given an account where all the packages would appear and my main source of communication with them. I worked hard for them fighting with FEDEX to get packages wasted so much time for them to never answer the phone "FRED MARTIN" Is now no longer available and proof that a check was sent to my address is not available. Called (323) 540-5871 no response and called Curator: Violet Lehner (323) 540-5798. I hope that they shut this page down and there ability to have this company online. Rent is due in 3 days and my kids are hungry and i needed this check.

I got a job offer for a stay at home opportunity from this company, Sembell. My official title was "order coordinator." My job was to accept packages, open them, take pictures, do quality control then ship them back out. The proposed pay was much higher than any other job of the same caliber. 3400 dollars for the first month and after "probation" you would make 3700 a month with an expense stipend of 400 dollars a month, totaling to 4100 dollars a month. I accepted the offer, excited, yet after a few days I got suspicious. the entire onboarding process was way more casual than my previous experiences. there was no official training. the only person I even spoke too was the interviewer, who spoke in very broken English's. My supervisors name was "Violet Lehner" I googled her and found 10 face book pages with the same name and picture. When I confronted HR about the minimal information on their website they told me the founders name was Gregory Gilbert yet, I could not find anyone of that name online with any association to the company. I googled it and quickly learned about reshipping scams. there is no doubt in my mind this is one.

Like another, I got a job offer for a stay at home opportunity from this company, Sembell. My official title was "order coordinator." I unfortunately did go further with the job timeframe and didn't do a thorough check after my initial review of the company. I received a letter in the mail from the postal service and am in communication with the usps

It's a reshipping scam. They ask for pictures of your ID to be emailed to them. For "customers" they ask for the companies EIN & Business license to get a quote. They say if you don't send out packages in time you'll get fined. It smells like a scam. Another website they use is basis-crm.com
