After repeated delays and vague excuses, they eventually stopped responding. Months later, I discovered that Seam Apparel is not registered in California or North Carolina, despite listing addresses in both states on their website (3705 W Pico Blvd 402, Los Angeles, CA and 101 W 9th St, Charlotte, NC).
I sent a final request for a refund in May 2025. They responded offering a refund through “Fam Trading LLC,” but refused to verify who that was, and declined to share any Zelle sender info or business registration. I believe this is a fraudulent operation designed to collect money without delivering goods or operating legally in the U.S.
