Two companies working together for the purpose of timeshare resale, representing legal and financial assistance. Lot's of pages of legal description etc and then money required to cover commissions and State sales tax involved, which was compared to real estate taxes. Monies were to be wire transfers to an account of a Mexican Bank to be held in a trust account until all transactions were completed. After approximately $94,000 later, and numerous phone calls and emails all communication stopped and the money wire transfers were no longer "in trust"
