They called my mother. They had my. Ssn# the supposed collection was with a company that I still do business with. Got into an argument with the caller because they wouldn’t give me the address it was connected to. There was a lot of back and forth before she told me good luck in court and I told her to kiss my a**.

This “company” continually calls from unknown numbers (no messages left) and then immediately after the call I receive texts alerting me that they need information to deliver certified documents related to a legal action against me.

The 1 time I answered the phone, they did have my correct name and address and asked me to confirm if I would be home in the next 2 hours. I informed them I would provide no personal information and asked what it was in regard to and the caller got aggressive and said I would have to call the issuing legal office to resolve the claim, but they wouldn’t provide any information as to the alleged “legal office” (I then hung up as that sounded suspect to me).

They have also contacted my father claiming they are trying to locate me.
