In July 2025, I saw a site on facebook about a store going out of business with great deals. The store sounded legitimate and the ordering process went as you would expect. I ordered 3 items; was given an order confirmation and number and a link to track the package. However, once I tried to track the package or email the company, I got a screen that said there was no such page.

I ordered three clothing items through the Shopify App 4 months ago. I've gone back and forth with them via email for 3 months. The items were never shipped, and the requested refund was never processed. They continued to make a different excuse every time we emailed. Once I threatened to report them if they didn't refund, they stopped responding.

Facebook post by Sarah New York lamenting their "last straw," a break in at their brick and mortar store. Closing for good so offering discounted prices on clothing. When I emailed to ask when my order would be filled the response was that they were experiencing a large influx of orders so were a bit behind in getting orders out. But they assured me their team was working on it.
