On Friday, June 24, 2022, I was approached by a man named D... He handed me a packet with facial cream. He said, he would like to give me a facial treatment and that there was no cost involved. I thought sure... The building is located right on State Street and very open to the public eye. He started applying the treatment to one side of my face... the syringe read, "HydroTherm Age Defying Syringe". He told me that he could sell it to me that day for $200.00 and that he would throw in an additional $400.00 worth of product. He then proceeded to apply the treatment to the other side of my face. I did notice a difference but I was not in the market to purchase a $200.00 dollar product. I asked him if he had a brochure so that I could do my own research regarding the product. He then told me that he was closing at 2:00 p.m. and it was 12:30. He kept pressuring me to purchase the product... I told him I really wasn't ready to purchase the product and did he have a business card? Fast forward... He gave me a business card with the name "Lavelier" on it. Today I checked the product online and the treatment sells for $1200.00. I checked the address of the building and it has been the address for several make-up establishments but not "Lavelier". The store phone number also belongs to a trucking company.

I am so thankful that I went with my gut feeling and did not hand over my credit card. I hope this review will help others navigate through any scammers they may encounter.
