Was trying to get a new puppy and ran across the Doberman wedsite and fell in love with a puppy and the ones of the business contacted me it’s been a few days and still nothing from him

I found their website on google. There website looked legitimate. They contacted me via text and asked for $1500 to be sent using Zelle. Once the payment was sent they emailed me a bill of sale and asked me to sign. I e-signed and returned to them. The company then stated that it would cost $2000 to ship the puppy. I declined and asked for a refund. They stated that would give me a refund using Zelle. I never got the refund and they have stopped responding to me.
