Trying to activate PBS on ROKU. Presented with a message on TV Screen to call (844) 403-5860. Operator requested the number on TV screen, then directed me to make payment of $300 to a website. (She said I would NOT actually be charged.) Then she directed me to download HelpDesk from the App Store. I became suspicious and terminated the call. $300 was charged to my Apple MC, which I am trying to get removed.
