Despite repeated attempts to collect repayment, Ms. Coffey issued a check in the amount of $13,684.63, which was later returned due to insufficient funds. Over the following weeks, we continued to pursue resolution in good faith. Ms. Coffey made numerous assurances of repayment by specific dates, none of which were fulfilled. Instead, she consistently provided various explanations for her inability to meet her obligations, including personal family matters.
We extended significant patience and flexibility during this time in hopes of resolving the matter amicably. Unfortunately, to date, the debt remains unpaid. Ms. Coffey is affiliated with Nations Resource Group and has presented herself in a business capacity throughout these dealings.
