Robert Pitts purchased a home then flipped it without pulling any legal permits. He knowingly withheld information about who did work on the house, he hired workers who did illegal work so the electrical system is not to code, plumbing not to code, the stucco work done on the exterior of the entire home was done incorrectly. All outside electrical outlets were installed not to code and one caught fire, burned out and could have caused the home to burn down. The roof was allegedly redone and there are no less than 4 significant leaks. The list goes on!
