made a purchase from rob payne on gunbroker on 11/28/17. was informed he wanted to be payed by money order. sent money order on 11/30/17. received email on 12/4/17 saying he received payment and item was being sent. received another email from him on 12/8/17 saying he hadn't received payment yet and wasn't sending product. After a couple more emails it was clear he was not going to send product. I have a copy of emails, I have pics of money order with his info already filled in so no one else could cash it, I have the money order receipt. gunbroker says there is nothing they can do and are still allowing him to conduct business on their site. BEWARE!!!! if you are scammed by someone on gunbroker you are just out of luck. they make you wait 30 days to be able to file a claim? then charge you 100 dollars for a deposit and then only give you back a max of 500. well if the product you bought was only say 180.00 like was my case then you only get back 80??? I learned my lesson the hard way, I hope this helps people to not make my same mistakes.
