Type of a scam Phishing

phone call received advising that 2 transactions using American Express Merchant Services failed. They want to help by collecting our bank information so it can go through. We don't accept American Express, so not ours. He advised they were and gave our address in Regina. Still not ours, the dates he gave were April 23 and Oct 23, 2016. He said he would email the documents to complete and/or authorize the bank to submit. Hung up from that call and then he emailed the following. The toll free number on the bottom of his email is not on any of the American Express sites. I have also forwarded this to American Express 'spoof' account.
