I called the number 850-203-4316, 361-786-0853 within 24hrs. The man told me to get a paypal card with 13 digits, and asked if there was a safeway near by. He told me to go to safeway and get a gift card nhe gave me a invoice number: PA-6L80639547T1-3P. He said to take a bank card with you, that is what made me suspicious. The man had my phone number and mailing address, I didn't do what the man said because I've been scammed before and am reporting it incase anyone experiencing the same thing from them.
