Online Business Marketing Scam
On March 21, I paid $750 for a "Done-With-You" plan, which was supposed to include personalized support and multiple review sessions until the issue was resolved.
After limited engagement and no success, I upgraded to their “Done-For-You” service on April 3, paying an additional $500, bringing the total to $1,250. This plan promised full management of the reinstatement process without further involvement on my part.
After receiving the upgrade payment, Mr. Kreiser stopped taking action entirely. I granted him full access to my Shopify store, yet he and his team never logged in, made no changes, and did not submit any appeal to Google.
Between April 7 and May 16, I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to request updates. Most were ignored. On the rare occasion he replied, he provided vague excuses about delays and promised action “by the end of the day,” which never happened. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether.
I had no choice but to file a formal dispute with my bank. I have extensive documentation including emails, system logs, account activity records, and payment confirmations proving that no service was ever delivered.
This was not just poor service — this was a deliberate and coordinated scam where money was taken and no work was performed. I've since seen other reviews describing similar experiences with this individual and his company. I’m filing this report to warn others and prevent future victims.
