My daughter placed an order through an instagram link, https://richsanegarmets.com/collections/all, for a jacket that she never received. I filed a dispute with our bank, but our bank denied the claim; however, the lady doing the investigation stated that she felt as if we were scammed, and she further expressed that she post with usps and they stated that they could not do anything without a tracking number and the bank lady confirmed that the documentation we provided never had a tracking number also. My daughter has had communication with the seller but the seller still did not issue a refund or offer the steps on how to and they failed to send the tracking information.
