I purchased a puppy. I was told that the puppy will be delivered to me at my home address and delivery was included in the price. The day of delivery the courier company wanted an extra 900 euros for delivery because the seller lied. I have since asked if i can collect the puppy in person (although the drive is 18 hours i was prepared to do it) but i wanted a recent photo to proove he still has the dog, he refused this and also refused any refund. He has sent nasty messages telling me no to contact him again but he has my puppy and my money. He is a scammer and i am totally devastated by his actions.
