I didn’t get anything but a torn empty bag and I don’t even know what I ordered. I hope what ever I ordered wasn’t expensive. I have looked at all my sites than I use and cannot find a thing. The USPS delivered it is this condition and when I used the tracking # it did not exist. How can that be?

As many others I received a pair of plastic sunglasses instead of a beautiful balcony chair (nest).
I feel such a foul, I spent 38,00 Usd on April 2021!
I have waited so long cause China post continued to update me with the position of the package through the Radar website and since others chinese websites took three or four months to deliver...I thought that summer times had slow down couriers but the truth is that they steal money and let you feel [censored], sending stupid sunglasses! Please stop this crook!

What a total scam! Whomever this Jessica Li at 505 Monterey Pass Rd. Suite B Monterey Park, CA 91754, needs to be reported. I ordered from RHINO MALL, and guess what arrived?! A pair of crappy sunglasses. How do we stop this person from stealing our money?

OMG, I am completely sick over this, and can’t believe I was scammed just like everyone else here! I’ve wasted so much time emailing these people over and over, hoping to receive my three products before moving across the country. I spent over $100 (at the end of March, and it is now July 4 !) and received three ridiculously cheap pairs of sunglasses like everyone else here has reported! I am beyond frustrated! HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK? I am in the process of relocating across the country, and will be leaving at the end of the week, so I have no time to file reports or pursue other avenues, I just want my money back! Can anyone help me with this please?

I ordered a couch on 04/16/2021& as of 05/30/2021 I have not received it.
I have emailed customer support six [6] times with no response. There is NO address or phone number to contact customer support just an email address.
I received an email stating my order was shipped on 04/21/2021, but whenever I look up the tracking number it always says "shipping label made & check back tomorrow for updates." This place is a scam & I found it on Facebook. Reported as a scam to Facebook & all they said was "rhinomall.store has not went against their community standards." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a couch Apr 5 2021 and on May 29 2021 I received a pair of sunglasses in stead. I had sent multiple emails concerning the shipping of my package no one ever got back to me. I paid 50.00 pretty much I opted for expedite shipping for wat a 1.00 pair of shades its ridiculous

I ordered 3 separate times the same night, a better sofa kept popping up.
So I did it thru PayPal, I didn't have PayPal before that night. I get confirmation,tracking numbers
I couldn't get a hold of anyone or for that matter they list fake everything.
So I contacted PayPal, they don't have any Derogatory reports and agreed to investigate and refund me my money. I called USPS to file a report they said I have to file a police report first! ? What? Then District Attorney, then usps will file a report.
Not sure who's on first, but I do know although I was able to get a refund, it shouldn't be so hard to file a report against scammed that don't put effort into scamming and they get away with it. Between wish and Rhinomall I've been cured of online ordering! No more for me!.somebody someday will catch up to them and I bet it won't be pleasant. Got Cheap azzz sunglasses! Wish I was in california!

I ordered a couch like awhole littof other people evidently, I cannot get in contact with anybody cannot get tracking number, everyone who's has been scammed by this so-called buisness and anymore needs to keep posting and making yourself heard this needs to stop since ordering this couch my bank has been hit for 1300 I'm a single mom I can't afford this they need to be in jail

I ordered two hanging egg chairs from this site. I inquired about changing colors and just send the black one. I should have know this was some bull[censored] because the prices were really low I got an email and said keep this one it’s nice for you. Have you been inside my home? I emailed everyday asking for the tracking number. They tell me to contact customer service. Looked on the web no contact number anywhere! So I made it my business to email everyday. Decided to log into my account and it said shipped that’s it. But no more chairs were on the site. Just gone! Decided to google check black hanging chair and that picture came up so I’m like ok this is the chair and it’s the same price. Stupid me ordered it. Then got an email from Rhino and it read so you’ve found the black one. I replied I hope that this is a customer appreciation email if not I not this is bull[censored] because business don’t send facetious emails such as this. I’ve gathered ever email that was sent and received screenshot the site and I’ve contacted the BBB. Please do not order from this site it’s definitely fraudulent! I can’t wait until they get papers! You’ve got the wrong one this time. I’m ever give up until I get my stuff!

I purchased an order and paid express shipping it took over a month to receive anything from the company. What I received was not what I ordered and when I contacted them they said that what they sent was a gift and that if receive my real order separately. I contacted them multiple times for tracking and had no response. I contacted asking to be refunded and they said they can’t refund because the order was shipped but never provided proof of shipment like tracking information

I bought a couch and they gave me tracking number which I couldn't find anywhere.
I emailed them and they told me to wait until 30th of April for info to be updated. Today 4/05/21 I checked again tracking and is there. It is now apparently with Australia post.
So I contacted Australia post and they do have the tracking number registered.
So we will see...

THIS IS A FLIPPING SKAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I night a swing 3 1/2 months ago. And no I have not gotten it yet. First they said it took 3 weeks to ship it, then each week they sent an email saying it had been shipped, checking the tracking number it said it was still in China.
A month later they send another email saying its shipped this time the tracking number doesn't work. It says "there is no information with that tracking number. I complained multiple times, & their excuses where, the Corona virus, then it takes time to ship overseas. It's a joke! There is no way to get a hold of them. DO not order anything from them. If something looks to good to be true, it always is!

Ordered a pull out chair on March 23 rd. It’s now May 2. Got an email saying it shipped April 23. Nothing! Paid $35 to who knows. Tried tracking number. Nothing! Emailed some Indian guy. Nothing back twice. No details on contacts or phone numbers. Guess I learned my lesson. I’m really pissed tho. I wanted that chair

The same thing has happened to me and I have been trying to find anything I can about addresses or phone numbers the best that I can give you right now is that the two couches I ordered were never shipped they sent me two pair of sunglasses that are cheaper than Dollar store sunglasses but they were shipped by a Jessica Li 505 Monterey pass road site B Monterey Park California 91751
