Trying to withdraw money from my account

They keep trying to withdraw from my cash app account. $19.99 for something I know nothing about and want them to leave me alone. I've locked my card, but I still get the notification that they still trying to take my money

I ordered a Temu Pallet, got a subscription to a health app. I got the Health app people blocked from charging my acct, but I'm still out the $9.95 sent for postage on the "free" Temu Pallet. I have attached the screenshots of all the items discussed.

They offered a tool set and all that was needed was to pay shipping cost. I called the number listed on my account and they said i didnt read that they would charge me for the item when it was free and only shipping cost would be charged they i requested cancelation and refund and they said they only were going to refund me 40 % of the cost from 109.24.
