My fiancé and I gave blue River Powersports, our ATV to sell. They take a percentage of the sale, but they said that they would be able to sell it within a few months. A few days ago, my fiancé called and all of the numbers were out of service. He went online and seen that the company was temporarily closed. Out of frustration he drove to the location where blue River Powersports is located, and all of the inventory was gone from the lot - he went next-door to an auto shop and asked the owner if he had known any information about the company. He said he used to work for them and they went under a.k.a. bankrupt. he says that he does remember while he was employed there selling our ATV, even though they had no ownership so he believes that the owner made a fake one and took the money. This company was active on social media and posted a lot about sales they had made boats, ATVs cars, dirt, bikes, etc.. They did offer financing at this location, which is why we decided to give them a chance to sell our ATV because of the way inflation is going it gives more people the chance to buy a item they want rather than have the money straight up.
