Resistfrog advertised heavily on Facebook, marketing apparel claiming 100% of profits would go to the families of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. I purchased 2 sweatshirts. Never received an emailed order confirmation. Upon attempting to follow up with the company, they claimed I never ordered anything, despite sending copies of my order and giving the bank authorization information. They were supposed to cost $54.99 and instead they charged me $74.99. Now customer service has blocked my account and they refuse to respond. This is particularly heinous as they are using a tragedy to scam people.
