They identified as MSC Cruise Helpdesk, said I could not check in online for my cruise because my cruise got cheaper…kids were now free. After asking if they were scamming me, they assured me they worked for MSC and could refund my original payment and I could pay the new cheaper fare….$700 less to be exact. They emailed me EVERY SINGLE detail about my cruise including all birthdays WITHOUT ME EVER TELLING THEM…..they knew it ALL!!! The REAL MSC cruise helpline stated they never received notification of refund, nor reissuance and that I needed to contact my credit card company immediately. MSC said these hackers have access to ALL cruise info, so is it safe to even cruise anymore???? NO!! Now I’m stuck disputing charges and getting a new card because of hackers and disgusting people like them!
