Saw a posting for a rental house. Called number listed. Received a text back. Asked about doing a walk through of property. Was told would have to fill out rental application. Filled out rental application and sent $100.00 by Zelle to Jesse. [email protected]. My application was accepted and was then told I would be able to look at the house after paying a $500.00 deposit. Was directed to the same Zelle account. I returned the message saying that I would have the deposit with me when I looked at the house.. They keep insisting that the deposit had to be paid first. Tried to get me to go to Walmart or CVS to get gift card.
