Someone posing as a Realtor by the name of Chris Wilson ( Christopher Wilson) says he works for Remax Realty and also tried to say he hired you and it's remote work from home and that he will send you the money for all equipments via e check etc. He used 2 emails.

My family was about to go homeless. So we saw a rent-to-own home for only $700 on Facebook and contacted this person like it said. It had a picture of a house with a phone number all over the front of the house for rent. This person asked $70 "refundable" application fee just to see the house. I am going to say I was naive and desperate to find a house because my family and I were about to go homeless and we were running out of time to be able to do so. Looking back on it now I wish I saw the signs and went with my gut. Since I was desperate and losing all hope on trying to find a place for my family and I; I didn't care to look at the signs or listen to my gut. All I knew and was thinking about was my daughter needing a roof over her head. This guy claimed to be the owner in Arizona needing someone to take care of his house for him. He took my application fee of $70 and told me to set up a showing of the house on remax where we were able to access the house and get the keys. He told us to leave the keys out of the remax code lock box on the door so his cleaners can go in the house and clean the house so we did. When we got back to the house the code lock box was still on there and the house looked the same as if the cleaners were never there. We called him to tell him that he stated that we should change the locks and the cleaners would be by later. The cleaners never showed but we ended up changing the locks. Also we thought it was a real deal because he said he had a lawyer looking over all this information to make sure it was a done deal. After moving into the house two weeks after we got settled we get a knock on our door by the police saying we were trespassing on the property. We told him the whole story that we even had a lease to prove that we were the residents. However the actual person from remax was standing outside with another cop. They took our statement and filed a police report against this person who supposedly was the owner through remax living in a different state. We talked to the remax employee over the house and he only suggested we talk to remax chat to see what we could do since we were scammed out of a house by a "said owner/employee" to see if its possible we can still live in the house. So we did and there wasn't anything remax could do. So we all had to move out by that friday or whatever we had in the house or all of our stuff would be locked in the house if we didn't. This scammer ruined our lives. We had to uproot again to another state to another person's place. Cashapp he used the name Mark Hughes with the cashapp name being $BluPhoenix1914. I also have his zelle name being Tony Plotner with the email being [email protected].
