Received a Property Notification postcard that shared the following: We urgently need to speak to you about your property at (my address) and it's potential transfer of ownership. To expedite this we've recorded a brief message about this private matter.

Please call (402) 986-6930 to listen to a very important and urgent message. You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to listen to your message.

Please listen to our recording as soon as possible.

Note: I own my home, I have not contacted any real estate agency, I am not interested in selling/moving. Called the police contact line and was told it is probably a scam, although there is no current record of it. The police also shared that the address is a home listing in Gretna.
