The only options of payment were check or money order, with a QR code for faster service. As well as several barcodes. There was a mis spelling, cheek instead of check. Also, wanted me to sign and return the slip attached. No thank you, I wasn't born yesterday.
No phone number and no website for the company. Only a PO box several states way from me.
