I ordered a baby doll from this company and did not receive the product I ordered it looked nothing like what I ordered when I made a complaint they refused to give me a refund then they offered 20 percent then 30 percent then 50 percent this whole thing was a scam then they say they will refund me after they get the doll back in other words I will never see my money I paid extra for a gift box which was supposed ed d to come with items for the doll I got it and it was a cardboard box nothing extra and the box was broken nothing special I hope others do not buy from them on top of it I warned others on facebook and they quickly removed my post warning others

I ordered a doll that was suppose to look real and receive a gift box. I received the wrong doll that I asked for and no gift box. I emailed customer service and they said all sales are final, even though on the website they will refund or exchange if they messed up. I chose a doll based on the hair, and eye color and the outfit. Everything was wrong.
