I ordered a pair of air Jordan 18 may 26 2021 and I haven't heard anything nor have I gotten an email stating if they were coming. if I scammed how can i get back my money. I really need an answer and some help.

This person sent me defective shoes more than one pair the promissed to replace them took my address and all and still 8 months later nothing and they just took my address again two weeks ago and still nothing
