1st phone call was from a gentleman who did not provide his name stating that he was calling to collect on an amount that I owed to a cash advance company called cash land USA. When I asked him to provide documentation that I owe this company money as I was not aware that I owed anything he became hostile raising his voice saying that I don't pay my bills and then he proceeded to hang up on me. I called the number back to attempt to file a complaint and the woman that I talk to stating her name was "Christine" Did not attempt to collect any information to file a complaint against the gentleman all she did was talk over me and was extremely rude and hostile as well I then asked her again what the name of the company was and told her I would contact the company directly to find out if I owe them any money. I then called called CashLand USA and they looked in their system and stated they do not see that I owe any money.
