I received an text regarding the usage on my cell phone and was told, that I didn't have the unlimited plan. and in order to get it I had to pay $100.00, and the $100.00 would be refunded in the next bill.

I have contacted my bank to see about stopping this pending payment, and I will be contacting Xfinity. I'm new to Xfinity phone plan, so they got me. This is another contact number 1 888-616-8666.

#B19CB5D2-0001 is the receipt/invoice number
