Raz Vape sends you an email with instructions for paying via Zelle. "Here’s our Zelle Info: Zelle Number : (760) 960-1180 , Zelle name: Briana Lopez
Endeavor to make payment within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of this order. When you’re done with the payment please endeavor to reply this email with a screenshot of a successful transfer: CONTACT: Email: [email protected]" I completed the cash transfer via Zelle and emailed the screenshot of the successful transfer as directed. The status of my order as of 2/25/24 shows as "Order #15962 was placed on Jan 18, 2025 and is currently on hold." The business does not answer the phone number listed and have ignored my emails asking for a status on my order. After searching online I found others who have experienced the same scam. How is this web site allowed to remain online???

Raz Vape has a legitimate website but it is a .com. I don't want anyone to confuse the two.
[email protected] is also another e-mail that he used. That is where I sent the PayPal payment to.
I am embarrassed because everything yelled scam and I still fell for it. If this saves one person from being ripped off then I'm happy.
The website was totally legit looking. No red signs. Perfect. Problem started with a huge warning sign but I didn't listen to my gut and common sense lol.
Payment is Paypal and he makes sure to tell you to pick the friends/family option that you are sending money to so you have no recourse. Only when it is a business are you able to file a complaint with PayPal.
Hence, I never received anything. All communication went dark.
