The voicemail was left by an AI-generated voice of someone who claimed to me Meredith Williams who worked with Rapid Tax Filings LLC. She also said her number was 260-529-5339 despite called from an entirely different number. The voice claimed they were called due to an “overdue back tax filing” which makes no sense since I already filed and was accepted earlier this year. The voice also called it “back tax debt” and claimed that it was due by the end of the month. The voice claimed that the taxes needed to be settled before the end of the month and if I called back today that I would avoid any wage garnishments. She then repeated her number and name and said she had “good news about some extended release programs that could help with tax debt”. She ended the call by saying to opt out of future calls to call back the number. Must be a scam as I clearly have no tax debt or issues in that area.

They are sending voicemails to people talking about tax debt that has to be handled at the end of the month. They also used a fake number of 6517586095. Proceeding what I was saying they were talking about wage garnishments as well.
