On May 2, 2025 at 3:07am Someone who had hacked into my rapid pay bank account at some point prior to this day and changed my email address without having to prove they were who they were saying they were or anything, they changed it from [email protected], my email I’ve had for years and years, to [email protected] and then was able to wait for my paycheck to deposit and within about a half hours time they emptied my account by money transfer without my approval, consent, or knowledge at 3:07am in the amount of 1872.00 leaving only 46. Cents in my account. I woke up at 7am and checked my account and seen this fraudulent transfer to a person named Jennifer Singleton, that’s the only info the app shows me and the bank, Pathward NA is saying it wasn’t fraudulently done when it most definitely was!!! I never changed my email EVER and I have no accounts linked to that card, I just use that card to receive my paycheck bi-weekly by direct deposit. I’m trying all routes to help me get this investigated so I can prove this was not me in anyway shape or form so I can get my money back!!! 1872.00 is a lot of money to be out at no fault of my own!!!!!
