Also sorry I can't seem to remember which job board I applied from. It would have been Zip recruiter, Linkedin or myjobhelper. Most of these job application spaces are full of scammers looking for potential victims. Most times it won't be easy to discern, so if it sounds like it's too good to be true, then it most likely is. Do your research till you're convinced. If not, you may find out that the job is fake while getting scammed for a lot of money, losing your account in the process. It's quite cruel that people decide to do this to others. Someone is trying to get their feet planted and get their life started, and you see it as an opportunity to exploit. Very disgusting and I pray karma catches up to these [censored]!

First, Lisa Hutchinson reached out using the email address: [email protected]. Said they reviewed my resume for the Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry Position I applied for and that I was a suitable candidate. She directed me to some dude called "Rammie Kolas" and has been using Telegram to run all interviews. Her last message was:

"You will be required to create an account with "Telegram messenger" Add and IM (Instant Message) Mr. Rammie Kolas using His Telegram Mobile Number is +1 617-329-4592 or through the User ID (@Hrdesk123). He is currently available on-line waiting for you. Your verification code is (TSC-231), this would serve as your identification number throughout the online hiring process. Connect with him right away on the app and he will give you a quick response".

I asked Rammie if there was any point where we would need to have a video interview and he said it won't be necessary that the person who will give training will access me further, he then said I needed to wait and receive the check first lol. In his own words:

"When you receive the check. Head to your bank teller or ATM machine and have it deposited into your account, funds will be posted and made available later in the evening or in the morning. Also, ask the teller about the availability of funds for confirmation and email me the scanned/screenshot of the deposit confirmation receipt with your account number hidden for record purposes".

I suggested holding off on doing this and he said it can't wait that I needed to do this ASAP to move to the next steps. At that point, I confirmed I was being scammed. I was a bit upset cos this was my second day, and I had to get up early for the interview. I did my very best to drag it out for a week for the fun of wasting his time. Be safe out there folks, there are some evil despicable [censored] out there!
