Have to deal with real [censored] when doing business online and this illiterate is no different. Buys items and then the second he buys it he starts to complain left and right. Then when he doesnt bother to read anything thats clearly stated in the legal agreement he knowingly enters into, he contacts his credit card company and files a fraud dispute. Rafal Turek is a two bit lying con artist that will steal right behind your back and deliberately lie to his own credit card company making up every single excuse to steal your property. He con artist will lie to Citibank committing numerous counts of bank fraud, saying there was no cancellation policies, when this con knows it was clearly stated on every page when he paid for the item, displayed point blank infront of him when he paid for the item at the end. signing a physical document etc. he will then say oh it was it fault, he didnt bother to read anything etc. etc. He's just a total [censored] that needs to be sent to jail. After appologizing etc. he will reply to to comments made about him with more of his lies and go to every site and start his fraud bs making more lies about everything being your fault.
