I bought product and was sent tracking #. After several weeks,I emailed asking for update & the company made apologies for late delivery -asked for patience. Then, weeks later, they said it was delivered w/o proof (when it was not) and after I said it was not: blamed neighbors for stealing. When we told them cameras showed no delivery ~ they said it was a delivery error and offered partial refund.
