Ordered clothing, money taken out of account and I cannot contact them to find out when/where it will be shipped

Gabrielle called and left a voicemail that I need to call their office. They were serving papers and needed me to contact them immediately gave me my home address and said to call them. The phone number they came in was no caller ID the phone number that they left for me to call when I googled it and nothing was there. The company name did not exist and I just hung up and told them I feel like this is a scam, and they were adamant that I shouldn’t hang up that they were going to transfer me. It was a complete scam, but I can see how someone could fall for the scam and pay them to not serving papers or pay some erroneous bill. They were very pushy and made me feel bad for people who might fall for it so I just want to warn anybody that gets a call like that. Do not call back, it is a scam.
