I purchased an ebook for Advanced Fetal Monitoring. Then waited a few days. The ebook was never delivered so, I called and spoke with Judy Olive. She said that she told her person that takes care of payments to not accept mine. Judy told me that her ebooks are only for people taking her classes; although she admitted that information is no where to be found on her website. Also, she said that when she was able, she was sick at that time, she would send me an ebook if she had extra; if not, she would refund my money. Over two weeks have passed and I have yet to receive anything. I have requested several refunds via Venmo and sent reminders. On one occasion I accidentally hit pay and sent her a second amount of $165.16. So, now she has $330.32 of money. She will not respond to my requests for refund.
