Complaint:

I did not receive any merchandise that was scheduled. I have repeatedly informed you via phone and spoke to several customer service representatives regarding this matter. You sent me a shipment tracking sheet which clearly shows this merchandise supposedly was shipped from Lowe’s PA, 201 Cramer Road, Shippensburg, PA17257, not from Columbus GA Lowes. I have checked with Lowe’s Columbus and Lowe’s PA and both stated they don’t have any information about me in their Internet systems. I have not received any merchandise which I’ve told several of your people. On the day the contract was initiated by a representative of Progressive Leasing, I didn’t have an account so the gentleman reinstated my account as well as ordered the bookshelves and outdoor shed. Of course, I told him the merchandise I wanted. Lowes Columbus did not participate in any of this, just your representative. I was on the phone telling him what I wanted as he looked it up on the internet and ordered it. He ordered the merchandise via the internet for me as I listened on the phone. Maybe he knows where the merchandise is. I don’t have the merchandise. It’s also beginning to look like a scam. Im surprised since I’ve been a previous customer of Progressive and had previous loans from Progressive and bought several rooms of furniture. As I stated previously, I have no other options since you keep demanding I pay and it’s affecting my credit but to report this deceptive bad business practice to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

Scam scam scam!!! They tell you what your MONTHLY payment will be, but then they turn around and say after you've had the furniture for 30 days, "o no, your payments are bi weekly" That's not what I agreed to, now they want to double my monthly payment, that's not what I agreed to either. They use the old bait and switch scam....I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!
