Ordered three items on Sept. 30 and received only one which only slightly matched the picture. I was waiting for the other two items before returning this one which was poorly made and oversized.

I was told once in the following weeks that the other two items were in transit. My more recent attempt to cancel and have the remaining money returned to me never received a reply. Today, Nov. 5, I made another attempt to receive a refund, even sending a screenshot of the order, but am doubtful there will be a reply.
