After talking with their agent (Sept 10, 2019), David Garcia, I decided to withdraw my funds due to personnel questions they were asking. My request for a withdrawal was made on the following day, Sept 11, 2019. After several attempts to obtain information regarding this withdrawal they finally informed me that the money transfer was approved Oct 9, 2019. According to their own policy, withdrawals will take 7 business days. It is October 29, 2019 and I still haven't received my money back.
