I paid 67.88 for what I thought was a passport renewal. The website closely mimics other government websites in layout, colors, and overall presentation. I entered in all information needed to apply for a passport renewal (SSN, birthdate, family information), and thought I was paying to complete a renewal. A form was generated to send to the government with all information included. This form is freely available on an actual government website. There is a small disclaimer somewhere on the webpage stating it is a third party and not affiliated with the government, but its practices are clearly deceptive. There is no way to get a refund once the payment is made. It was the first website that appeared with a simple google search.
