BEWARE OF A NEW SCAM PRIMETIME STAFFING & MANAGEMENT IS PULLING. They are calling prior clients LATE AT NIGHT representing themselves as a new owners that bought the business and are reaching out to prior clients offering to settle cases of getting back monies spent for services Primetime did not perform on their contracts. For $1000, they will offer to settle monies from the old owners that scammed prospects. BUT, its a scam because they will not give any information as to who the new owenrship is and are vague in describing the settlements they will provide, only saying that for $1000, they can settle past payments made for services not provided, and only identifying themselves as "The Legal Department". PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS NEW SCAM as they will take your $1000 THEN GHOST YOU

I been with this company for 5 years now because they even switched ownership etc. I was a customer service agent at first and now a chat agent. I love my position and benefits. I have to be able to make my own schedule and etc. I have proof that I’m even working and etc.

5 YEARS DOWN AND MORE TO COME :)

I am a real person and I would like to see proof of a chat position. They been hitting me up about a chat agent position and the first deposit was 100 refundable by cash app and the second time they got me up the depots was 50 refundable by cash app. Normally businesses don not operate by cash app. This position is something I’m interested in esp because I already work a full time job during the day . I paid for equipment as well as a background check. The equipment cost $200 and I NEVER RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT NOR MY REFUND. When i tried to call the office, they actually blocked my number so they would not have to speak to me! They requested i sent the money thru cash app so I can receive my refund(if needed) faster, and I did. I did not realize it was so it could not be traced through my bank! I will be filing a complaint!

I do have all their information, their LLC number. Also, their address that shows on their LLC license is the address for the US Post Office in Newport News, VA. So they are a huge scam.

File a complaint with the Virginia Better Business Bureau, the VA State Attorney Generals office, The VA SCC, The FTC, and contract the IRS to let them know they are doing income tax evasion, as they will only accept payment via cashapp or wire transfer

Prime Time Staffing and Management offers a service where you pay $3500 for the "Diamond"package The Diamond Package includes everything in the Silver & Platinum Package as well as an additional 4500 contracts, W2 position contracts, contracts that pay up to $42 an hour, contracts which include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k and us assisting in recruiting for a non-stop meaning forever to get you workers fast, free payroll system, assistance with website, assistance with business phone line, and a $5,000 sign on bonus for those who qualify. I never received this "supposed" $5000 sign on bonus. I also paid $1700 for 1700 government employee contracts, which NONE were ever provided. I also paid $1540 for workers compensation Insurance, I was never sent any paperwork or binder of coverage for this workers comp insurance. I even asked them the name of the Insurance company that provided the UC benefits, they told me "they don't know". They also told me I was required to pay $3000 for PrimeTime Staffing to handle employee and payroll management. I have now paid a total of $9740.00 for this IBO to start my company, which I named it Universal Work Solutions. NOW they are demanding I pay $14688 to cover "state yearly taxes" for the upcoming year for starting a new business. Florida has NO SUCH TAX. Also, all the payments I made, Primetime required I pay thru Wal Mart money transfer, or cashapp, showing it as a cash transaction. I suspect Prime Time is evading income taxes since they would not accept any other form of payment. As of today, I get NO support from them, I have NO workers and have had 0 income from my IBO. Prime Time Staffing needs to be investigated thoroughly as I feel they are doing deceptive, fraudulent and illegal business practices, in violation of VA code 59.1-200, and I suspect they are evading income for tax purposes due to only accepting payments for their "supposed" services via cash transactions through Wal Mart wire transfer or cash app.

This LLC is a total fraud. They charge a $9.99 fee for the initial application, then make you pay for a background check. They also offer a service to assist in starting your own call center business where you have a choice to pay a $2500 fee for a "platinum package" or $3500 for a "Diamond package". Plus they charge a $2500 for to ship equipment, which they say is ONLY an authorization hold. My spouse signed up and paid for their Diamond package and the $2500 for the office equipment. They then tell you the equipment is usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. The payments were made in mid October. Here it is, November 19. No office equipment was ever shipped, they never released the $2500 credit card hold. Once all payments were made, they pretty much ghosted him. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via text, as nobody ever answers the phone, and when you leave a message, they never return calls. When they do reply to texts, there is always an excuse and/or delay. I checked their VA State Corporation Commission Clerks Information System, Entity ID 11155858, and found the LLC. I did a google search on the listed address, and no address even popped up. I will be filing paperwork today with the VA State Attorney's office to launch an investigation into this LLC as they are in violation of VA code 59.1-198 for deceptive business practices and fraud
